We can use  the printer to mock up models from customer Cad Data using a plaster based semi synthetic material which is infiltrated to give the part the desired  finish characteristics.  Z-Corp's printing technology is the fastest on the market allowing Arnold to deliver customer sample parts in as little as 24 hrs(standard delivery is 5 business days.)

Fixturing Service-- Using advanced 3D printing techniques we can provide you with the fixturing you need at a cost that will save your project $$$'s

We can also use the printer to generate a mold that will give us a metal casting with a surface finish similar to sand casting.

  The preferred file for 3D printing is STL and in most cases we can take the customer generated file and go right to printing
